John did not consider himself a tech savvy person, yet he took the time to become a FaceTime pro to continue communicating with us while we were vacationing in Mexico which is when he sold our home! (Just 1 month after listing) We appreciate all of John’s hard work, his professional dedication and determination to get the job done!
I've known John for several years and chose him to sell my condo based on his local knowledge and sincere interest in getting a good price for my unit. His experience within my HOA was significant. He was helpful in staging the house for the best buyer impression. He provided advice and assistance in staging the home and dealt with a problem buyer agent. We eventually dropped the first buyer and went to some one that was really interested in closing a deal. The home inspection revealed some problems which John advised us to make some repairs and some items were to be left to the buyer. Everyone was satisfied with the results.

I must say that working with John to sell our house was a surprising and truly supportive experience. John stepped in as a friend to our agent who had suddenly become became ill. He handled the transition as a real professional. He followed up with us and all the showings and handled some sticky situations with our solar panels, and radon or mold mitigation. He did what he said he would do, was endlessly available, explained things, and stuck with it to the very end. We really appreciated working with him!
