John did not consider himself a tech savvy person, yet he took the time to become a FaceTime pro to continue communicating with us while we were vacationing in Mexico which is when he sold our home! I've known John for several years and chose him to sell my condo based on his local knowledge and sincere interest in getting a good price for my unit. His experience within my HOA was significant. He was helpful in staging the house for the best buyer impression. He provided advice and assistance in staging the home and dealt with a problem buyer agent. We eventually dropped the first buyer and went to some one that was really interested in closing a deal.
